People are helpful a prices are fair, great store
All the aisles were clearly labeled. Customer service was outstanding. The attendants were helpful, both inside and outside of store. Prices were good.
I like to support local businesses. Menards and Home Depot right down the street but I chose the little guy. Little did I know that the little guy has some shady return policies. Chalk it up to lesson learned. Big guys getting my money in the future. So before you buy, take out your magnifying glass and find the 8x10 picture frame by the door that outlines their return policy in maybe 8 font.
They really are helpful at this local neighborhood hardware store. The staff is great. They usually have the part I need to finish the project that got more complicated than expected and the expertise to offer that helps get it done.
I had to exchange a prior purchase. It was completed without any issue. I really enjoyed their customer service.
