John arrived and explained what he had to do. He was very nice and professional. He repaired the leak caused by a clog. and cleaned up the work area. He was unable to clear the difficult clog and recommended Fletcher Sewer and Drain. I would recommend Stirling services to my friends and I would use them again.

The service technician explained what happened with our heater and checked out too make sure nothing else was wrong with it.

My experience with Jerry and Maureen are exactly as these other reviews are saying. I haven't dealt with the others, but I will call no one else locally, as long as Jerry and Maureen work at Stirling. I agree that the service, knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and speed,very reasonable pricing, and reliability are all top notch. Thank you, Stirling.

A bad leak was discovered last weekend at my elderly aunt’s home. The pipe was connected to the heating system so every time the heat kicked on the water would spurt out. It’s apparently been happening for awhile, but was discovered when my nephew went down for Christmas decorations. Early Monday AM I called Stirling Plumbing and Maureen (excellent!) and Jerry assured me someone would come out as soon as they could. True to their word Jerry was out in a short while. He’s terrific . He went down, assessed the situation and had Mario (also excellent:) come out right away. Jerry reassured my aunt and me that they could get it fixed quickly and was having Jonathan (also great) come out to help Mario get it corrected more quickly. Jerry also recommended that we call Liptak Restoration and tell them we were a Stirling client. What a great referral Liptak was. We were stressed Monday AM, but by Monday afternoon we were in great shape! I was surprised when I received a call from Jerry this AM (Friday)....just to make sure we were satisfied. Stirling Plumbing and their staff were responsive, attentive, efficient, friendly, respectful and professional. 5 stars across the board!nNancy Parent
