I am very pleased with the quick response from RotoRooter. I called early in the morning and I was told someone would be out by noon same day. They arrived as scheduled. The technician quickly unclogged my drain. He also had several helpful recommendations to keep it from happening again. I would definitely use them again… Although hopefully I don’t need them again anytime soon. The technician was very friendly but professional.

James the service technician showed up early, was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. He was able to clear up the clog in our main pipe by removing heavy roots. Provided us some additional information on how to treat the issue moving forward. In the next couple of days Brian came over to run the camera snake to make sure there were no other issues and was very professional and insightful as well.nWould definitely use the service again and recommend to others.

The only reason I did not give five stars is because of the dispatch not keeping us posted on what time the arrival would actually be. The service provider named Angelo who came out did an excellent job. He was professional and thorough. He took the time to explain any questions I may have and took it one step at a time. He also cleaned up his mess very well after completing the project. All in all I would say great Service from a knowledgeable technician but they really need to do some thing about the time scheduling piece which was not his fault.nn-mike

Joey was polite & professional,nand (which I REALLY appreciated) straightforward with us even though it wasn't great news. He came in with the proper PPE, and walked us through every step. I was also impressed with the company as a whole in regards to customer service. They were actually going to come out at 10:30 at night before we pushed it to the next day, which I couldn't believe. We received follow up from the company several times and from a customer service standpoint they get top marks. I have no frame of reference in regards to cost, and since it is so expensive a project, we will have to get several quotes, but if they are in the same ballpark, we will feel very comfortable giving them our business.

Needed a professional! Called Roto-rooter as kitchen drain won’t drain. Spoke with Carol. She sent a service tech out very quickly. She called us back - he was 35 minutes out. He came and cleaned out the clog from the sink. He said it was the WORST clog he’d ever seen! It was FULL of black sludge - 50+ years worth of gunk from the sink to the base and beyond. Running like a top now. Recommended a solution for every two months to continue to break down the sludge and keep it out of there. Excellent job, excellent service. James was terrific, very patient and a good sense of humor. Thank you! Will recommend to family and friends. And away go troubles down the drain... Awesome.
