For a $20 wash, can’t complain. The staff was super friendly and they took their time cleaning and drying the car(and used more than one or two towels to dry my SUV, thanks guys). Will definitely be making this my new go-to.
Needed the car detailed after a long road trip with the kiddos and pup (lots of dog hair). Car was a complete mess and Amna made it look new inside and out. Called on Friday, dropped off Saturday morning, and car was done by 3:00. Could not be happier with the service and professionalism. Would definitely use again for a detail...ask for Anna as she’s great!

I recently bought a Tesla and it’s tricky to go through the automatic car washes so I was looking for a hand-wash in Evanston. Reading the reviews I decided to give Spex a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the thorough and fast service, the very eager and hard-working attendant, and the price. I paid $10 for the exterior wash, which is all I wanted. The only hiccup is the layout of the carwash. If you just want in and out with an exterior wash, you are still stuck behind the guy who wants full service. I waited a good 10-15 minutes AFTER I was done, because the car in front of me was getting vacuumed. There should be a way to let the exterior wash only cars leave when they’re done instead of waiting for the car in front. That knocked off a star for me. Otherwise, I will return and hopefully be lucky enough to not have any cars ahead of me when I pull up! :)
