Had someone follow me out of Jewel over to Dunkin Donuts and back to Jewel. Went inside Jewel and waited. Saw guy again outside and called police to have squad car drive through the parking lot so I could get home. They were nice, super responsive, and called after. I really appreciate you all. Thank you!

Went in to file a police report. Officer Hoffman and others were polite, professional, and made small talk. Officer Hoffman even followed up with a phone call to confirm some details. The seamless experience took a total of 15 minutes. Thank you!

I came here to file a police report for a car accident and the female officer who helped me was so rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t even the one at fault, but she made me feel uncomfortable and as if I had done something wrong. She seemed miserable with her job and life and kept rolling her eyes every time I asked a question or made a comment, kindly. And these are the people who are here to protect and serve our community?!!

The most useless police ever! Called to ask for help since a man was following me and hid in a store to get away. He is clearly a beggar harassing others just not me they tell me to call 911. No interest to help — I thought you guys were supposed to serve and protect?!
