From the officer sitting in the chair when I first walked in with my son to the women who helped me get a report... they were all nice and respectful. Not going to lie I was shocked. I was also shocked at how quickly I got my report and how cheap it was. I really needed it.
Why do I have to come in or mail in for a police report? If I file a police report why waste anybodys time with a victims notice? This isn't helpful at all. It has literally no real information on it and isn't even acceptable to insurance. Now the only way to get my situation fixed quickly is to come in person during a pandemic. Ridiculous.
Far as them being professional, also considerate my experience interacting with them was very unbelievably content considerate and each employee I came in contact with was very very kind ,an their work ethic overall is incredible professional they respond back making you feel like an adult you exist an with respect an it made me feel totally happy an not looked down compare all other police stations I have been to is no comparing them with.35th an Michigan I give them 5 Stars fosho. That's just a fact from my experience.
No Police department in America that is better than this Police department. the Chicago Police. thank you for your hard work and dedication to keep Chicago safe although it's not an easy task
I went to get a copy of a police report, and everyone were very nice and professional. Starting with the lady that gave me the form to request the report and then the cashier to pay for the report. Unfortunately when I was completing the form I left my keys on the table and a few minutes later when I was going to leave my keys were gone. I want to think that someone grab them by mistake not realizing it was not their keys. Staff in that department were helpful helping me looking for the keys, one of them even walked me to my car to see if I had left them in the ignition. I left my information in the front desk just in case if anyone finds them or return my keys. Overall staff were extremely helpful and sympathetic. Thank you all for helping me look for my keys.
