I WAS VERY HESITANT TO CALL IDOT this morning!! Well from past experience from call State Police Dispatch who rush you of the phone or have a slight attitude and have no concern to what you're saying and rush to disconnect the call! BUT I am glad I did!!!! Call IDOT to report and an abandoned car on the Stevenson on the 1st right lane! Disaster waiting to happen!!! I didn't get the IDOT Dispatchers name but I just wanted to commend his professionalism and his down to earth concerning attitude!! I explained the location of the abandoned vehicle in the 1st right lane facing EAST AND supposed to facing SOUTH on the Stevenson e-way! The Dispatcher was talking trying to picture where I was describing and was calm polite and VERY nice and down to earth!!!!!!!!!!!!! InTHANK YOU for assisting and ALL your Services to US Citizens and Illinois!!! GOD BLESS ALL WORKING ON STREETS OF CHICAGO & ILLINOIS!!!!
