Was in and out in less than 5 mins. Walked in, had a woman at the door greet been me and asked what brings me in, she told me the exact aisle, then had another employee help on spot with finding what I was searching for, then checkout with no problem A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION. (then a day later had to go to another Ace hardware and had a completely different experience, no greeter, no help, endless searching for one item).nnKeep up the consistency!!!
