Bought a house plant (Anthurium) and a patio plant (flowering kale)
Home Depot, no matter where they are located, have such great and knowledgeable customer service representatives. They never seem to mind to take me to a location in the store when I cannot find something. I have either ordered online with them or gone into the stores. This store is the closest one for me, although when I walked to it, I almost walked passed it. So even though you can see the sign clearly from the road, just realize that the entrance is on a side road (not right on Roosevelt), right behind Walgreens. I ordered something online and they had it at another store, which was very far for me but when I went to get it. I found out it didn't work for my project, so I went to the South Loop location, and they exchanged it, refunded my money and helped me figure out what would work better for my project, in less than 20 minutes. They were on it! Now I know to go into the store to get their expertise before I start a project that I am unsure about! Home Depot is the best!

I’m giving it a four because Marcus Bruton Williams from hardware was great! After waiting for 20 minutes he was able to help me with finding a home tool set. He was very nice and was able to show me all the tools I need as well. When he didn’t know he made sure he got someone to help that did, and then he actually stayed to learn. I recommend him if you guys go to this location and you need help
