The glass panel on one of my windows was broken and had to be replaced. I called to see if they could repair it ASP! It is getting cold and I needed the window back the same day.nThey told me to to bring it in and they could do it. The gentleman that took care of me was courteous and professional. He helped me get the window in and out of my car. And when I told him that I would come back when the work was done, he asked for my number so he could call me when the work was done.nIt was probably just half hour later when I received the call that the window was ready for pickup. I was so happy, because ten minutes after I got home it began to rain; but it didn't matter the window was back in place. I am about twelve minutes away from this hardware store and I am closer to the Home Depot but I have to tell you in the past when my family and I have not had any luck locating hardware or help at the big box store A-Z has been there for us.nI highly recommend this place, I'm so glad my sister found it.

A good local store, great customer service, plenty of knowledge and informative, prices are reasonable, and street parking is plenty.
Very nice & professional young man
I used to really like the convenience of having a good neighborhood hardware store right around the corner. However the employees do not seem to take the COVID-19 pandemic seriously. No one was wearing a mask when I was there recently and the owner used “breathing difficulty” as his excuse. If you have breathing difficulties that are so severe that you can’t wear a mask then you are at high risk if you get COVID and should stay home and let healthier employees work (and wear masks to protect others). Inexcusable.
