I love the facility but is less than a minute ride. And for the winter season on their available days they do open, for the price we pay, we wanted under coat raised wash off salt that kills and destroyed our cars. I can recall where do have it maybe at rich areas don't wanted to think like that our money is green too.

The people who work here are surprisingly well and getting feedback and have changed over the years with better equipment and awesome service. My car had bird droppings and the employee laughed a little and started scrubbing before we asked dor assistance. Its a good wash for the price so nothing fancy about the place but good people who work hard.

I asked the guy to wipe the grill of my car & he literally wipes the hood, then he tells me to do a re wash & I come around & the guy is giving me attitude telling me “no, to get out the line.” The other guy then proceeds to tell me they have to do that by hand & I asked who is & they ignored me. People like those two guys shouldn’t be working in customer service because this place literally has amazing employees besides those two guys. A guy with long hair & other one with a big nose & mustache.

Horrible experience! Bad customer service! The guy in the front had no face mask (mustache and big nose) and claiming there’s no rewashes when I had my receipt. His coworker with long hair who had a black face mask was also rude. My car is still dirty! Started cursing and saying to get out of the line. I requested to speak with the manager and they said he wasn’t in. I’ve been here ever since I started driving, but today’s experience made buddy bear car wash lose a loyal member customer.
