First time trying out my local hand car wash and I was pleasantly pleased with their performance! I went in on a beautiful Thursday later afternoon and did have a bit of a wait, but the quality of service that I received was well worth it. I paid $22 for my car wash and windshield fluid. I’ll definitely be back :)

Place was empty when I arrived. Even then they weren’t willing to accommodate any request. I prefer to sit in the car (engine off) & move it forward when needed. I would not want anybody else entering / driving my car. Haven't had any issue with this request in any other place around the city.nCan’t comment on the final result since we never got there. Hope the owner is a bit more understanding during these unprecedented times.nnIn response to the owner -nNot sure what you are trying to achieve here.nIf you were willing to accommodate the request instead of being offensive publicly, I would have been happy to come back & update the stars.nnOne star is for the customer service received thus far & your response only further validates that.

Great location. Safe clean waiting room and bathrooms. Price is a good value. Highly recommend. Chao the manager was very helpful.

Do not let the 4.1 rating stars fool you. First time going there paid. $30 dollar for the wash and the kids they have cleaning the car did a horrible job. I complained to the owner and he said i can go back around and wait in-line. That’s horrible customer service he could of just brought me back in with out no wait so they could properly due their job. Not coming here again. Take your money and spend it at another car wash with good customer service and that actually cleans the interior of the car.

WARNING!! DO NOT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS!!! Look at the results I got for proof.nnWas it cleaner than before? Yes. Was it clean? No. Incredibly rushed, felt bad for the kids working there I'm sure the manager rushes them and doesn't allow them to do a good job. It actually took 5 minutes. No way you can properly wash a car that fast. Slow and steady wins the race. Guy who I assume was the manager did not apologize after I rightfully complained and was totally okay with the horrible job. They did not dry inside the fuel door. They popped off one of my blind spot mirrors and did not tell me. I found out myself after getting in to drive away. If they had come clean and apologized instead of hoping I wouldn't notice it wouldn't have been a problem. I understand accidents happen so be upfront.
