I didn't stop at a stop light completely on Julien St. A SGT had the right away and I entered an uncontrolled intersection and was pulled over. The SGT was very kind and professional throughout the entire engagement and used officer discretion and let me off with a warning and told me to be more careful and safe. Very good interaction. These officer's are always respectful. Be honest and have some integrity.
Handcuffs were comfy, the back of their dodge chargers were very roomy and kept at a pleasant 72 degrees. Officers are polite and won't get too touchy when searching you, and their cells are remarkably clean. 5/5 would get arrested again.
Terrible police department with most OUT OF TOWN officer's who dont live anywhere close to belvidere or in belvidere, patrolling the streets like its Chicago.
Very corrupt, very dishonest, very unprofessional police department. Bottom line one of the worst in the country very not going to Belvedere you'll do yourself a favor. Do not support any Belvedere business is and do not enter that city .
Officer Kaspervich was going to give me warning but tried to ring my NEST door bell at 10am with everyone at work, and my mother being disabled no one could answer so he gave me a ticket for not being home or answering a video door bell.
