There are only a few things that can go wrong with a laundry service, and we experienced them all on our first and only order. My wife's pants came back covered in stains, we got several pieces of someone else's laundry, and a few pieces were missing from our laundry. Our phone messages were not returned and they never seem to actually answer the phone. They did respond to email, but without remorse.
