Great sales people inside and the yard staff is fantastic. Always quick in and quick out.
Excellent customer service from an online order. I am a ships officer and was not able to open my delivery for a month as I was out to sea. I was excited to get home and open my new Fein Multimaster as I had envisioned 10 different jobs I wanted to tackle once home. I opened the box which was to include 2 kits in one and unfortunately was missing one kit. I was able to call Bob Boilard and explain the situation and he immediately remedied the problem. Professional and prompt customer service I will definitely keep Boilard Tools in mind for future orders.
We had an appointment but when we got there the guy was out sick. We waited for someone to help us. There was one person ahead of us and at least 8 workers behind the counter. Noone offeres to help us. They all ignored us until I went up to a group of them behind the counter and asked could someone help us? They did eventually help us but it felt bad to be ignored.
