This was at the West Springfield store, I'm usually very impressed with their customer service and how they're always trying to make sure me the customer is taken care of, but unfortunately this is not the case or my experience with this location, I've visited 3 times in the last month and every single time I'm waiting around for a rep. If I find one they tell it's not their department, that they'll find someone but I guess that means they have to go out hired someone train him or her and then they will be able to help me out, it takes forever it seems to get someone, definitely not pleased with their employees attitude, they'll so far have shown a lack of effort in every aspect and once again this is my experience at the West Springfield location, anywhere else I haven't had a problem
I came here with my uncle to pick up sheet rack and a toilet. The parking lot is huge with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. The staff are nice to me and my uncle. The staff is also very helpful. This place sells all kind of home products or goods and wood. In the winter time they sell Christmas trees outside where the garden department is. They also sell concrete here as well.
I'm not sure anyone works here. Spent 45 min tying to get someone to get something for me that was on the second shelf, too tall for me to grab safely. Can't image they have enough people to even read this review. Lucky for me, I don't live in the area and the HD by my house has plenty of helpful staff.
The Associate ( gentleman in the Insecticide/Creature killer area : I wish I got his name) went above and beyond helping to find any Hornet/Bee Spray. He walked through the aisles until he found me.. WITH 4 cans of spray! He made life a lot better for me! Thank you VERY much!
