The younger guy who helped me with paint was awesome. I didn't get his name but he knew his stuff and was extremely patient with all my questions. I was in and out very quickly. Thank you.
The people that work there are very helpful, and go out of their way to assist customers. Every time I visit they are friendly and patient. They always ask question to narrow down what you need and never try to talk you in to purchasing materials you don't need. I especially like the guys in the paint department, they are very knowledgeable. The manager is very personable and knows his store well. It is a pleasure to talk to him about my little projects. He has great suggestions and is extremely helpful.
It's an ace hardware. Like the store chain in general . They staff them with courteous, helpful employees . Just not crazy about this location. Store is old, cluttered. Signage for aisles is incorrect. In general, the store itself just needs a major facelift. This pertains to the agawam location. Love the soringfield plaza store.
