Please avoid this gas station at all cost!!! Kim who is the manager is incompetent and the employees are very rude.
Long lines, items incorrectly prices, areas blocked off by that pro only vote for code. If you need gas the whole city has similar prices so you're better off just hitting one of the better trained and maintaines truck stops on your way out of town.nnHonestly there really isn't even a reason to stop in the town. The place is dying so fast each trip through is more depressing than the last. The poverty in the city is like driving through Oklahoma with less dust.
Don't ever use the ATM in there. My girlfriend was withdrawing some cash and her money was spitting out all over the place. After that one of her 20s was caught in the machine and she pulled it out and ripped out. The cashier didnt do anything about it even if she doesnt work with the atms. Couldve atleast gave her another 20. Bad town and bad gas station
This place is a hole since Braden doesn't manage it anymore. It's always filthy, hash everywhere. The employees are very slow and never pay attention to the line or greeting people when they walk in. When Braden ran it you were in and out like QT in the Lou. The need training in cleanliness, speed and customer service. Looks like an episode of prison break .
Owners need to be aware that the staff attitudes in this store is horrible. Been this way for the past 6 months or so. I keep going back hoping to see improvement but nothing has changed. I prefer Shell fuel but in Jacksonville I'll just have to start going elsewhere.
