After years of service at this location, one watched the customer service go down the tubes. I would rather drive 2 minutes up the road for better service
I've gone here 3 times in 2 weeks. Each time I was overcharged. Getting pretty irritating. Yea cool, company had it rough during the pandemic, so what, you're just going to tell your employees to steal from customers now? I'm over it. I'd rather drive 5 miles out of my way than keep dealing with these rude women.
It’s clean and the girls were nice but that’s about it. Promo on the door was for a buy one get one 20oz but the ladies literally told me they didn’t know how to ring it up because nobody trains them. I believe it because the manager has told me that he’s “checked out” and “doesn’t care” when declining to take my temp license.
Their car wash was broken. There were small signs taped to the pumps stating such. I didn't notice them until AFTER I bought a standard car wash. I asked for a refund and was informed that because there were signs posted outside, that refunds were not to be issued. Not that they couldn't. Simply that they wouldn't. Will not be returning here. They essentially stole my money.
Get new managment. Sherry sucks. No wonder everyone leaves and they can't keep anybody working. Oh and btw she never does anything but sit in the back. And u aleays hear her complaining.
