Been to better car washes... this one is not the best but not the worst. This was my second time and at least it was better than my first visit.
Excellent was in and out. Then spent and hour vaccuming my vehicle because of the dog hair. I've been a member at Rainstorm since its opened. Highly recommended them. The employees are outstanding and very helpful.
The staff is always great...will run the car through a second time if the first time does not get it 'right'....THANK YOU ALL~! I have a monthly membership and go in one or two times a week
The monthly membership and multi car discount is awesome. I can wash the bugs, mud, or salt off the car as often as needed. Also, the access to the vaccuum cleaner and floor mat sink keep my vehicles as clean as possible. I do a lot of driving in my job, and it is important that my vehicle look good. The multiple locations across Illinois and Indiana facilitate keeping my vehicle clean, even when I am out travelling my territory
Pricing is about average. I like that they have rags and cleaners near the vacuums that are free to use for interior detailing. Unfortunately I still have bugs on the grill and hood or I would have given 5 stars.
