I made a last minute appointment with Lacier Lash and they got me in just like that. My first experience wasn’t to my liking and the owner was quick to make it right. These woman are very hard working and good at what they do. I’m in love with my doll lashes and the sizing is just right. I will definitely be coming back and recommend. Thanks Sang and Nuni.
They are very fast and eyelashes came out perfect! Fair price too!

I went to this place twice already and i really liked their service, quality, and customer service at first. Then for my third appointment, this is when everything went wrong. Nani called me and asked me if i can come 30 mins before my original appointment. And i accepted it. Then she called me 30 minutes before my appointment (i was having dinner) and asked me to come RIGHT NOW or i wont get any service today since no one will be available.
Super unprofessional and know NOTHING about customer service. Once they know you will come back, they will play around with your appointments and services. This EXACTLY happened to my friend as well but i didn't think they will do the same to me.
No respect for the customer time. Unfortunately, i won't go to this place again because I'm pretty sure they will keep on doing it again.
I don't know how many customers they did that to, but apparently they are used on doing that.
