Petersen's came when they said they would (and called to tell me when they were on their way) and fixed my dryer. Their worker was pleasant and wearing a mask. He explained what the problem was and what the cost would be to fix it, which was reasonable.nnVery pleased with the service.

I was very pleased with the service. My kitchen sink was clogged, as it has been multiple times in the 5 years I have owned the home. Loren came out, investigated and cleared the line. He showed me the likely cause of the frequent clogs and suggested a monthly enzyme treatment. I really appreciated the insight! He was very courteous, professional and friendly. I will definitely call Petersen the best time I need a plumber!

Brian was great. Made the repairs needed for my bathroom sink. Loren was great in cleaning my kitchen sink drain. They both answered my questions and offered suggestions in what to do in the future. Will call again if needed.

Realtor suggested them for sewer inspection. The tech couldn't get the cover off of the floor drain and instead of going through the main, he broke up the drain cover into tiny pieces, let them drop into the drain and followed them with a snake which lodged them. Ended up going through the blowout in the side of the floor drain. He apparently couldn't get the cap back on. Now I have to replace the entire floor drain and can imagine it won't be cheap.

They did my sewer line home inspection and missed two places in the line where the line was broke. I’ve owned my house for almost 2 years now and the line has backed up 3 times. Finally called Crawford and had the line camera inspected and they found the problems. It wasn’t fresh damage, it had been broken for some time and had been patched before. I don’t recommend Petersen Plumbing to anyone. They obviously don’t take pride in their work if they can’t properly inspect homes. I recommend Crawford Company in the QC area, ask for Jack in Plumbing. He’s the man
