I got my haircut here twice the first time the manager did it and it was awesome. The second time I got my haircut was a decent haircut but she cut it a little bit different but it still looks good. I took my granddaughter their she's 14 she has very curly hair kind of frizzy and with definitely been a challenge to cut so it was low maintenance but still AQ cut I wish I had got the girl's name but she did a great job on her hair it was easy for her to maintain she didn't necessarily have to straighten it she could wear at either way great job on bellas herenI went a 3rd time and I would like to update my experiencenMY 1 COMPLAINT IS BOTH THE 2ND AND 3RD GIRL THAT CUT MY HAIR USED SOMETHING CALLED (THINNING SHEARS) NEITHER ONE ASKED ME IF I WANTED THIS DONE, EITHER THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES OR IT IS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE DONE I SUGGEST YOU MAKE THIS KNOWN BEFORE YOU START.

Really easy to setup a visit on their app. The app provides a wait time so you know when to get there. They will also text you an update when you are ready to check in. Very diligent with their covid protocols creating a safe feeling environment. Always happy with my haircut too!

Staff are friendly and courteous. They always do top notch cuts. The app is pretty accurate.

Horrible customer service. Traumatized 9 year old and stylist Laura was rude and abrupt. We will definitely be going elsewhere for kids’ haircuts.
