I discovered this place when I needed a mani/pedi and they are great for that. But I wouldn't suggest getting your eyebrows waxed here. They did a terrible job. I've gone here more than once to get my eyebrows done. The first time, I got a great mani/pedi and asked for a wax but the lady didn't know what she was doing, so I asked for another person to help her and they did their best. The second time, I asked for the same lady and she messed up my eyebrows so bad, then had the audacity to mistreat me like I did something wrong. It is not my fault that you are offering services you struggle to achieve to satisfactory. I walked out missing part of my eyebrow on one side and I had to purchase eyeliner to draw it in until it grew back! Not only did this lady think it was fine to shave of all of my hair from the arch down, but she got an attitude with me when I looked in the mirror and pointed out to her that one eyebrow is not well-shaped and the other is missing a huge chunk of hair. I was very turned off by the treatment, never got a sorry or anything and i paid full price even though she botched me, she didn't even have the decency to offer a discount. I took photos and showed my friends and they were mortified! I have not and will not set foot back into their establishment, not because of the mistake, but the poor treatment and the way they handled it.

I tried this for the first time today. I asked for a fill and they made me take my already on acrylics off and refused to put new ones on after asking multiple times. After deciding to not complain anymore, they continued to put whatever they wanted onto my nails. She put gel on my nails and did not put on a base color before my French. Then as she put the white for the French tip I asked for it to be thinner and she glopped on the white to make it bubble. They cut my non existent cuticles to cause my nails to bleed. And the gel they got on the skin as they applied it, burned as it was put under the UV light. As we walked in there they asked how old we were and from my perspective decided since I was not an adult they would do whatever they wanted. I do not recommend this place for anything and I will not be returning since as my mom called, they decided to ask us back and yell at my mother.

I tried SNS first time and didn’t had a good experience. My nail paint started chipping after 3 days.. the service was okay but the product they use is not good.. I paid $40 for SNS and very disappointed with the results

They botched up my acrylics. They were not on tight enough and i have already lost 7 nails. i do not recommend coming here for acrylics but waxing is amazing and they are very kind until they talk about you in Chinese.

I am always treated well when I go to Yes . I have been going there for eyebrow waxing, manicures and pedicures since they first opened and am always satisfied with the results! The staff are very courteous and friendly and make the experience very comfortable!
