after reading all the terrible reviews and the reply’s by the owner i can tell they have no respect for customers. they are very rude in the reply’s. the owners seem very harsh with clients. sometimes you really don’t have to be so rude to customers. one reply by the owner said “floating around from one salon to another shows what type of person you are. soon you will be doing your own nails after you get kicked out of them all. i would rather sit around doing nothing than to have a customer like you”. your going to get no customers like that. very horrible
Thanks for all the reviews!! I am not going simply due to the fact that they respond so juvenile to these clients with bad experiences. Just let it go, don't prove to people that you are just as harsh as they made you out to be. After reading the reviews on this website I am shocked. I have never ever heard customer service like the responses that this business is giving unbelievable. I will never go into a business that treats their customers with such disrespect.👎
This was by far the absolute WORST experience. They were mean, and did a TERRIBLE JOB! My massage was about 30 seconds long and they didn't ask how short I wanted my nails clipped. She cut clear down to the skin and didn't even file or clean up the hang nails. When politely voicing my concerns she refused to take any payment off and still charged me full price and was very rude. Very unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE.
Some of these comments cracked me up. I’ve been coming here for years and they’re some of the nicest people. My nails and pedi’s are perfect every-time. I guessed you get what you pay for. Don’t be expecting too much when you only doing basic pedi. Like my grandma always said “if you wanna play, you gotta be willing to pay.” Don’t let the negativities keep you down. You girls are the best.
