Had service scheduled a month in advance to have my windows cleaned before Easter. They did not show and when I tried to call, they would not answer the phone or call me back. He sent a text saying I was scheduled April 30! No way! I would have not scheduled that far out! He finally called back after I left several messages and insisted that I was wrong and that he don’t make mistakes and told me not to tell him how to run his business. Haha!!! Totally rude on the phone and hung up on me. Terrible customer service!
Harassment on Facebook and threatening to publicly humiliate an older woman for saying she never heard back from them yet she forgot Is all. The old lady was being respectful and didn’t say anything other than she wouldn’t delete the post due to looking for references, so I told them to stop then was threatened as well to be publicly “talked about...” no idea what they could say other than “ guy takes up for older lady after she was threatened” pretty pathetic considering it’s a small town business and the owner is up at 11pm harassing an older woman who was only looking for references.
