Servpro did a wonderful job at my house. I had flooded 1/2 of my home. They came out super fast, immediately gave me a plan. Put blowers and dehumidifiers on the floor to save my subfloor. They did get the flooring pulled up (On Easter Sunday of all day) Both men gave 110% to get it done quickly so they'd be in & out of my hair. I sell insurance and have had dealings w/ Servpro before but never first hand. I am very pleased with the work and kindness they showed me during this claim
I don’t suggest working here! The management is horrible and they won’t actually do anything they tell you! My husband worked there recently and was shorted for 35 HOURS of work on his paycheck and we are still going through the labor department 2 months later trying to be compensated for this money. Not to mention they take no real precautions for the pandemic and don’t compensate you a dime for missing hours even if a case breaks out at their ‘business’. Most unprofessional company I’ve seen by far.
DeAnthony Kirksey did a great job at my house with water damage, he is result driven and has great social skills. As a supervisor over crews for another business I would say he is the prime example of the type of person you want working for you. Very satisfied with his work ethic
The packing group was very helpful and curtious. They took extra care with my belonging and worked quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the lead move cnCoordinator DeAnthony Kirksey and his team Kala, Paschal.nnThe overall process has gone pretty smoothly.
