I received my suit back from the cleaners with two creases down the pant legs. I didn’t want to bother the people, so I decided to keep them and tried carefully ironing out the mistake myself.nnAbout a month later I went back with another suit, and politely requested that they carefully ensure only one crease is made during the cleaning process. The lady that received my suit was very understanding of my request, and made a note that was attached to my suit. Unfortunately, when I returned to pick-up my suit it had two distinct creases down the pants again. Lost my business - sorry.
