Very poor service provided by Patrick Rutherford. Non-responsive, always had to do something such as pick up his son, doctors or dentist appointments. He could never show a house and always had an excuse. I called the office to get a different realtor and spoke to Steve. I needed to look at a house quickly because it had other offers. He said he couldn't get to the house until the next day. I found another realtor to show me the house and he hung up on me when I told him. Unprofessional all around.

Very poor service not only was an appointment missed no contact information exchanged . After we called and not only GAVE the address to the house we were looking at. The man we spoke with who gave us contact information on the agent that WASTED our time. Let us know the 2nd time we called back because we WERE really excited about the house let us know that this agency DOES NOT allow counter offers and they are playing favorites by saving homes for certain customers in no uncertain terms.nDO NOT recommend please note some of us have had family in reality and saw other family sell their own homes....
