Glad this place is here. It’s big, lots of space, clean, the staff attendant is constantly disinfecting and wiping down the machines and counters. The restroom is clean. Staff attendant is friendly, willing to help out and very well mannered. The washers and dryers are all different sizes. There’s a GINORMOUS dryer that’s excellent for big bulky bedding! And they dry great, you don’t get that “half damp” feeling. I’m definitely a happy customer.
This is a new laundry very modern, very clean. Attendant was very friendly and professional. The prices are the same as elsewhere plus they have one size larger in both washer and dryer size. Also the wash cycle is longer. There is an app you can download to use your credit card and collect points towards use. Having a scanner on your phone is helpful. I will be using this laundry again. Recommend highly.
Called all the number provided on website and all other locations, not one number work. Called the emergency number posted on the door and no one answers. My clothes are stuck in the washer and no employee is near to help. I’m very upset and it’s very very inconvenient. So I’m sitting at home while my clothes are stuck at the laundromat. I find this very very annoying. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Great modern inside and love the mobile payment versus the quarters, but disappointed in the service provides.
The place just opened and there were already lots of dryers with out of order signs! The floor was a terrible mess. I was able to wash and dry a king size comforter pretty easy. Extra large washer was $8.75.
What time tonight can I come get my clothes???nnI’ve called that emergency number over 20 times. It almost doesn’t make sense to be used as a “Emergency Number”nnMy clothes are stuck in washer #6. I’ve tried calling you guys for 2 hours! No one picked up. I’m still waiting for my clothes. Left a note and my number infront of the washing machine. Please call me when ever you guys decide to be present at the laundry mat.
