My mother called the owner, Clay Patrick, and made an appointment for him to come out to the farm (to list it). He never showed up (1/6/20) and didn't even call to cancel the appointment. ud83dude23 He still hasn't called. And it is a week later. ud83dude23 She's going to ask a different realtor.
