I love my doctor but unfortunately he is leaving. The wait for therapist appointments is not bad. But if you are seeing the doctor, plan on being here all day. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to let the entire staff go and hire more qualified individuals.

If you have any sense, get out of chilton county mental health they will make you crazy. My second appointment I show up was my medicine appointment I've been waiting they tell me at that time the l lady social workerI been working with has quit long gone and no call it's been a month-and-a-half since the last appointment no call and at the same time now they don't accept insurance. I don't know who's the director of this place but someone needs to come down on them they are in a serious business and they're hurting people I see it out here bad place plenty more options for you, I hope and pray

When you think there is no place to go or turn to there is! Just breath and bring in the stuff you need. They are there for you. It take time to get to where they need you to be. Wait time sometimes long to see a Dr. Who can get you on Medical needs. You can call to make an earlier appointment to see the therapist or even leave a message for them.. They return your call promptly. I can't say how graceful I am to have them on my side to make me; me again. Thank you for believing in who I am and for what my brain injuries make me with out medical treatment.
