I called them to help my elderly father with some plumbing. Father was unable to use the bathroom. They told me that they would call when they could come, said it would be few days... waited waited waited, never called, never showed. Two weeks later called them again, they said he was on list and they would call. Explained it was semi-dire. They promised to come... again waited waited waited, never called never came.. just gave up. Because of the time that we waited for them to show bathroom problem got worse... which meant bigger repair. Just shocked at their level of uncaring and I professionalism. Finally hot a reliable business to help us. Steer clear of valley plumbing!!!!!
Called to see if they could come out to look at our AC on a Saturday. The man on the phone (didn’t say his name) was incredibly rude to me! Hope their customer doesn’t reflect their work on AC units.

Called and asked about working on my drain plug in my travel trailer...not very helpful...im not a plumber, but I'm pretty sure a tub drain in a camper, is the exact same as a tub drain in a house...
