The owner (Jack) came over 30 minutes away, after work hours, to help us in a time of great need during one of the hottest days of the year. Very professional, friendly and even took time at great length to explain everything to us. Fixed a problem another local company wouldn’t/couldn’t. Would highly recommend his business to anyone needing great, reliable and honest service.

We had a problem with our AIr Conditioner on a Saturday. Called all kinds of places even 24 hour places. Arctic air was only person to reply he was out of town on a family trip said he would be there as soon as he got back to town.nnHe got me back up and running and also helped me get a new unit when it was needed. They answer phone day or night.nnDoes high quality work. He sometimes runs a little late but that is because he doesn’t rush one job to get to the next.nnExplains details well. Very professional and nice. Very easy to work with.nnWould definitely call again if we had a problem and I would definitely recommend him to others

Great, honest service. Called about my water heater problem in the morning and it was fixed by 5pm! He also noticed a couple things on my furnace that he took care of while he was here. Would recommend and will continue to call for future needs.

This morning my A/C completely froze up making my house very hot and uncomfortable, but thanks to Jack, the cool air is already back on. He was very nice and came as soon as he could when other companies told me I'd have to wait until Friday. I will definitely always call them from now on.

Arctic saved me $6500! I had another company come to my house and tell me that my whole system needed replaced at a price of $8000. I called Arctic for a 2nd opinion and they were able to get me going for $1500! If you need someone who knows what they're doing and keeps the average person's budget in mind, make sure to call Jackie Glassburn and his crew at Arctic. I'll never deal with anyone else again.
