The folks at Valley Chem Dry are very thorough, accommodating and professional. They do an excellent job on my so-stained-by-my-2&3 year old-grandbabies carpets! Thank you Harold & Ralph! Really appreciate you going the extra mile!

They showed up on time, and did a great job cleaning the carpets! They smelt so much better and no more pet stains.

It took two calls to get them to come look at my project and they never called me back with a price or to say that they couldn't do it... just left me hanging.nnThe reason I gave them three stars despite this is because I used them to ckean the carpets on the stairs and second floor of a rental unit I own and they dud an excellent job. Also, when our community center was severely damaged during a flood and another company did a poor job of cleaning it, Chem Dry came in and really did a wonderful job for us and I'm grateful for that.
