Purchased works car wash and left with swipe scratches all the way down one side a 3 month old mercedes suv. No refund or repair services offered after immediately returning to address the problem.
Took my mom's minivan to get it cleaned up. I purchased 'The Works' car wash and thought they did a decent job inside and out. I had to give it 3 stars, however, after I got a look at the roof (picture attached).

Took my black truck hear and had it washed and the spinning brushes scratched the whole side of my truck up and i know there was no scratches before the wash do to the truck just getting painted last month do to a wreck
