Very good carwash. They have a monthly subscription for varying tiers that allows as many washes per month as you want.
My daughter brought her car her last week, and went through the soft touch wash!!!! Her car is very nice and has been well taken care of. After the wash she was left with scratches all over the hood, trunk, and roof!!!!! After waiting 4 days to receive a email back to discuss the damages they refused to take responsibility. We took the car back to car wash for them to look at and the manager was very rude and unwilling to except any wrong doing. This isn’t anyway to run a business. We are not the type to want something for nothing, but we do expect be treated with respect!!! Enter at your own whisk!!! Next call is the Better business bureau!!!!
I went through the soft touch car wash station and came out with scratches all over the hood, roof and trunk of my car causing roughly $700 worth of damage to my vehicle. They denied that their car wash could have possibly caused these damages. This is a blatant lie. I have a nice car and take very good care of it. It was unprofessional for them not to own up to their own faults and shortcomings. DO NOT let them wash your car unless you plan on getting a new paint job. I also find it hilarious that they have scratch removal listed as a service when they completely stripped off the clear coat on my roof and scratched my hood and trunk to pieces and refuse to do anything about it. It’s a shame. Poor ethics, poor business choices, and poor character will drive a business into the ground. Is it really that hard to do the right thing?nApparently so.
Great wash and courtesy towel dry. You have choice of touch less and standard, friction washes. Never been through the touch less wash, but they make sure to de-bug and give your car a pre-scrub before entering the wash tunnel. Wash mitters and drums are well mainained and look to be cleaned and rinsed nightly. Sign of a wash that is being paid attention to, not just left to run on its' own and scratching every car that goes through it because of that guy with the 4x4 that went mudding and just went through before you. Fortunately, they do not allow these types of vehicles through their wash which had me sold immediately. Highly recommended.
