Great work. The technician Luis was knowledgeable and walked me through the work he did and my maintenance options.nI will be following up for further maintenance and it's always important to have a company you trust whenever you need work done.n*Edit 11/6nI wanted to update and state that I ended up requesting maintenance. Luis and another technician worked all day to make the correct repairs. The heating system now works amazing. We are now able to use our heating to its fullest.nnI actually also had them come out for a follow up review which they did promptly and set my mind at ease by looking over the system and answering my questions.nnI also wanted to mention that the office staff is also always helpful and I appreciate their assistance.
Highly recommend H&D. Called earlier this week to schedule an appt for a tuneup of my system ahead of the cold winter and within a few minutes had an appointment booked for the end of the week! My tech, Steve M, was super efficient and friendly. I even asked him a few questions and he was very informative. I will use them for any future needs also!
Hurley & David are the BEST! I would not trust anyone else to give me their best assessment of what ever I ask them to look into - Heating / Cooling / Plumbing / etc. Most Recently, they came to my new home and totally cleaned up my Central Air System - educated me on it, set me up for the summer - the Tech was wonderful.. In May 2020 Hurley and David Technicians came in to my home and did 2 different services (install a On Demand / Tank-less hot water system along with a total upgrade of my Central A/C unit - both were accomplished in tremendous satisfaction - they were respectful of my home and self - in today's world (covid-19) that was reassuring to myself. I would use no other Organization for my home - Office staff / Sales Associates / And Technicians are at that the top of their game - and as I stated above they are the BEST!!!
Needed to do an oil to gas furnace conversion and install a new water heater. From the sales process through installation, this company was professional, responsive and showed up exactly when they said they would. Remember, just because someone is great at their trade, does not mean they are great at running a business! There is nothing that frustrates me more than contractors who say they'll show up at a certain time or even on a certain day and they don't show up and don't call you to reschedule. That was not the case with Hurley & David. Not only are they great at their trade, but they are great at running a business. They treat customers well and they actually answer the phone! Sure, they might cost you a little more than you might pay for one of the companies that promises you the world and doesn't show up, but it's well worth it! Just call them...you won't regret it.
