Great Place when it comes to building materials. Very helpful staff and has more to offer than big box home improvement stores. Just an overall better climate to shop.
Terrible service. I placed an online order on 6/6/2020, order #648872. After waiting for hours for an update I finally called to confirm the order was ready for pick up, and was told YES. I get there and nobody knows how to look an online order, everyone seemed confused despite signs everywhere asking customers to place orders online. I finally get told to go in the back and talk to the kids working there, only to find out they actually didn't have enough in inventory to meet my order. What a joke! Total waste of my time! How can you run a business this way? This was my first AND last time there.
My dad and I came here to look for materials to do the siding on our house and fence panels. The staff is helpful and their prices on most things we needed were at a lower cost the some other places we've been to. Nice store with lots of stuff to choose from.
