I Scheduled an appointment for 1 p.m., arrived 5 minutes early she told me it would be 30 minutes because they're in a meeting, I came back 30 minutes later they were still in a meeting I waited till 2 p.m. they were still in a meeting. So I left. Few days later I tried again my appointment was at 2 p.m. when I arrived they said it would be 20 minutes because they were busy, only one girl working 2 standing around talking. I came back 20 minutes later and there was a new customer being worked on told me they were not able to do it today. It will never go there again

I’ve been here 3 times. My fault for going more than once, but it’s close by and I thought I should give them another chance. I wasn’t horribly unhappy with the cuts and waxing, but definitely not great. The third time I went, I ended up walking out before having anything done. After waiting several minutes to be acknowledged, the stylist told me 2 people were ahead of me when I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. She said I should come back in 20 minutes. I came back in 15 minutes and she had another person in the chair that was not one of the two she said was before me. After waiting a few minutes, I decided to leave because she had already annoyed me to the point that I didn’t want her touching my hair or face.
