I had my water heater explode and flood my basement on a Saturday night. The carpet was soaked. I spent most of Sunday doing my best to Shop Vac but had to go to work on Monday. I called Longo and Kim was able to send out a crew first thing on Tuesday. Jordan went right to work with his helper removing the carpet and pad. I left to go to work for the day. They set up their equipment to make sure everything dried out properly. Jordan called to keep me informed. Kim was very helpful working with my insurance company. They made a very stressful situation much easier.

Everything about this company is perfect. From its great leadership to the hard area rug workers in the back. My carpets came out smelling extraordinary and as smooth as a babies bottom. Thank you for everything and keep up the good work. i will recommend it to all my friends.
