Everyone was so Friendly and very nice but the employees that stood out the most was Rebecka, even though it was very busy she still took her time to make sure I got what I needed, gave very helpful tips and advise. The line at the counter was decently long and I was surprised to see her at the counter when she was just helping me find what I needed on the floor, but she got through everyone in a very timely manner given the circumstances with nothing but the best customer service!
I love this store! Woke up to a busted water pipe that froze yesterday from the winter storms. Went in and found the most friendly and helpful employees assisting over 2 dozen people with the same problems. Found exactly what we needed and got it fixed in no time. This store could have been closed but opened at their normal time to help people when they needed it most, we really appreciate their dedication to helping our community get their stuff fixed.
Quick friendly service and they had the plumbing parts I needed after the snow storm.
Had what I needed. Bulk nail prices much better than the boxed nails at the big box stores in San Antonio. Staff was friendly.nTheir parking is terrible though. My F150 doesn't fit in their short parking spaces. I see most people don't even try.
This place is the most over priced under stocked place in the city. They are charging massive upcharges. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else!
