I am the Office Manager at ATS Drilling and we use Unifirst for our employee's uniforms. I also recently just placed an order for Jackets for all of our employees. I got to say that Walle's customer service is spectacular! He is always to quick to respond to my text and requests. We will continue to do our business with Walle.
I had to take my friend to work and my car wasnt starting and one of the workers Michael, helped me get it started thank you Michael for yor help!!
We have Wally too. He is prompt and courtesy and just a cool guy. He is really quick to answer questions and goes beyond his duties to make sure we are happy. We don't even spend very much with Unifirst but he makes me feel like we are one of his top customers.
Don’t use this company for uniform or linen service unless you enjoy frustration after ever delivery. Horrible management.
