My husband and I dropped off our clothes at this location. We’re regulars at the Berry and 35w location. My wedding dress is ruined. My husbands shirt that the Arkansas Razorback basketball coach gave him was ruined along with out other clothes. I’m thinking of filing a lawsuit against them because you can’t get burned marks out of white clothing. I’m deeply saddened and hurt!nn** UPDATE** the customer service was extremely helpful with getting things fixed. I'm so happy. Thanks for turning this around.
