Very good experience yesterday. Went to pick up a car and had nothing but good people to deal with. We were able to get everything done quickly and were on our way. Maybe all the bad reviews are from people who are from the people that are the problem.

I have been dealing with Kim On something new that is being done. I have to say she is a real flirt and your typical dispatch trash. She isn’t picky about who she “helps” and isn’t really all that knowledgeable when asked questions. The impound Lot can do way better in my opinion as to who they employ.

I read a lot of negative reviews about customer service. I went in today for a vin check. The front staff and the police officers were great to deal with. I think the majority of reviews are coming from people getting their car out of impound. No one wants to pay an outrageous fee to retrieve their car, it’s understandable, but it doesn’t reflect on the impound itself. I had no issues when I walked in. It went as smooth as it could. I received the answers I needed and went on my way.

By far the worst people I have ever dealt with in my 21 years of living. The only reason they are getting one star is because I have to choose something. If I could review without rating I most certainly would. I think I would rather leave my car impounded and have it voluntarily repossessed before dealing with this bunch. Rudeness is most definitely a quality here.
