I’ve been using Candice Cleaners a few days ago and I am very pleased and they did a wonderful job! They were very careful. They made me feel like they cared about my happiness and gave great attention to detail. They came in full of joy and were very friendly. Well trained, the team worked long and hard. I highly recommend this service.

I really appreciate Candice Cleaners’s cleaning services. They came to my house last week and did a great job cleaning my first floor and bathrooms. One thing that I like about Candice Cleaners is that they allow me to have a plan to clean the parts of my house I need cleaned as often as I like. They are flexible and able to clean the whole house sometimes or just some of the areas other times. They also work around a schedule that suits me.

Candice Cleaners was great. We’ve been using this company to clean our house for a couple of months now. They are very professional and reliable. They are also very trustworthy. Very pleased with her work.

This cleaning company is impossible to deal with and is running a scam. Not only is the scheduling a nightmare they do not issue refunds. It began with booking our 80-point cleaning. We had scheduled for a Thursday and adjusted our work schedules. We were then informed that this time was already taken (why were we able to book it?) and it would be Friday. After adjusting our work schedules again, we sat and waited. When the cleaning lady finally showed up the poor thing was run ragged. She informed us that this was her 4th house of the day and she was tired. I felt bad for her but didn’t think this was a good indicator. We watched our cameras, and she did clean for 3 hours. However, upon coming home we found the vast majority of the cleaning not done. Dressers were still covered in dust and the floor wasn’t vacuumed. Not to mention this is their 80-point clean so things like the baseboards were undone and the pictures on the wall still covered in dust. Given the amount we paid we found this to be unacceptable and took several pictures. The company then offered to come out and do a “touch up”. The scheduling nightmare really started kicking into high gear from here. We were given 3 dates before finally having a stable date for them to come back out. After adjusting our schedules yet again to accommodate them we waited. After waiting our hour time window, we were informed via text that it would now be another 3 HOURS before someone could come out. I understand things happen but at this point we had rescheduled so much that we were over it. At this point our house is still dirty, we have lost money, and lots of time. We called the office and requested a refund and decided just to cancel because we were not able to spend all day waiting and do not trust them. The man informed us that he would submit the refund for review along with our dozens of pictures to the owner. Monday rolls around and we get a message very rudely informing us that they do not do refunds. Funny how other reviews talk about getting one and the man we spoke to never mentioned this! If you take anything away from my review it is this- please save your money and spend it elsewhere. I am convinced this company is a scam and will warn everyone I know about how terrible they are.

I've used Candice Cleaners LLC for more than a decade, and strongly recommend their services. Their teams do a great job, prices are reasonable, and easy to reach and accommodate schedule changes or concerns. I've been impressed with the events they've taken during COVID to protect their staff and clients.
