I took my clothes here for the first time. While I was there I asked if they could clean a rug I had, they said it would be no problem. I bring the dry cleaned rug back home and flatten it out and it is completely ruined. Rug is wavy and clumped up. Called and said they dont do refunds for household items. I wish they were more honest when I asked about cleaning the rug. They acted like it would be no problem at all. What a scam.

I am so pleased with not only their customer service(the drive thru always grabs my stuff out of the trunk), the cleaning job is superb!nnThey have also completed it when originally promised. Now of course the 20% discount days are a bonus but even the other non-disc days makes me happy.

I drop my clothes off picked them up and noticed my zipper was broke I called they said they would fix it I bring it back they say you have to check it before you leave bad business. I will never go back. Go to Cooper Cleaners they treat you better
