Bill and his team did a great job in explaining to us what we needed done. They are very easy to work with and have years of knowledge. I would highly recommend them for any services they provide!
The services I received with Bill is tile and grout cleaning as well as the cleaning of my HVAC system.nnI have two dogs and one cat. I have had the two dogs since they were puppies and as expected they have had multiple accidents within the last 4 years. My home is about 2100 sq and it is mostly tile with the exception of the bedrooms. Bill was at my house for about 4 hours cleaning the floors. There were a few areas that needed touch ups and he was responsive and quick to come back and clean the areas. He was very nice and receptive to the feedback.nnBill is nice, respectful, and honest. He does not over quote you, pressure you to perform services you financially cannot afford at the time or need, and he strives to achieve excellent customer service.
Bill did a great job for a great price! I scheduled a cleaning of the upholstery on 3 chairs and an ottoman. I ended up letting him clean the living room carpet as well. It all looked great and he gave me some great tips while he was here. I’ll definitely call Rainbow again!!
Bill took excellent care of my carpet in a timely manner at an affordable cost. The carpet was in bad shape but it's looking great now. I'll definitely call him when it's time to clean then again.
