What a lovely facility. I was guided through each step by the helpful manager. Place is clean, well stocked and accommodates all sizes of wash loads. They also offer tons of services if you just cannot abide doing laundry yourself.

Where do I start? If they had more stars I would be selecting all of them! The customer service, the cleanliness, the turn around time on my clothes... it was all phenomenal. I’ve started a new part time job and I literally didn’t have time to wash. I usually wash my clothes at O laundry but I decided to use the wash and fold service. I’m so mad I hadn’t before now but I definitely will again! This was a great experience, cost efficient, and they pay attention to details of your clothing by separating, hanging and folding every single item.

If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. It was my first time there and I was highly impressed with the experience, the cleanliness and the interaction of the staff. I am a Customer Service Supervisor and I have never been to a laundromat where the staff was so friendly and helpful with such awesome interaction!! I have a washer and dryer at home but I needed to wash something much larger than the norm and I googled a facility close to where I was driving from...because of this experience I'm considering just washing at O Laundry instead. I hope that Keep up the great work with their employees.

New to the area. Stumbled upon O Laundry. First impressions are everything. Very clean and exceptional customer service. Was fortunate enough to be healed by the locations Manager who was exceptionally nice, explained the services offered, set reasonable expectations and took the time to welcome me to Texas which was much appreciated. Highly recommend!!

I love this laundry! I’ve been dropping off my dirty clothes and picking it up the next day. It saves me a lot of time and it isn’t expensive. The staff are alway helpful and polite.
