When I get service like I received from Chem-dry I am glad to share the positive experience with others. I called for a large job of carpet stretch and clean . The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, I decided to go ahead and book instead of calling to get additional quotes. Roger came out clean cut in a clean vehicle with clean equipment and wow , I could not believe how the carpet looked. I was amazed that he was able to get it clean with no wrinkles. It looked like new. There was also a large desk I meant to have moved before he arrived and when I returned I noticed he had moved the desk ( a two man job) I am not sure how he managed it but that was so not expected and I had told him just to do what he could to clean around it. The other thing that is a big deal to me is they did not waste my time. I knew when they were coming, the called way ahead if they were running behind and always showed up when they told me they would. This Company was above 5 star service. We need to support small business, especially when they provide this type of outstanding service. Thanks Young's Chem-Dry . You will be my go to cleaning Co for life.

They know the definition of Customer Service. The cleaning technician was on time, polite and knowledgeable. They follow up after service is completed to ensure we were satisfied. The lady who answers the phone is great. I will definitely use them again and will refer to friends/family.

INCREDIBLE! It was a pleasure working with this company. They were on time and did a fantastic job. A-PLUS on customer service! The quality of workmanship and employees was much appreciated. I highly recommend this company, you will be blessed by them!

Friendly, courteous young man did a through job of cleaning our rental house carpets. He even got stains out that were there when we moved in! Looked and smelled great!
